how to make your fps as best as possible

in urban terror i had the best fps then next couple off time playikng its been around 30 when its normal around 80 higher and i just wanna know how to make it as good as it can get

any advice would be good

but i have it set a 125 fps and its still shit Sad

but i have got better fps now then last weekend

sometimes when you /reconnect it improves a bit
